Can you repair my device?

We repair all manner of electronics, if it’s made by any of the Manufacturers we have publicly on our website such as Panasonic, Samsung, Sony, LG, Philips, Canon and more, and made in the last 5-10 years we will make every effort to repair your device. Outside of this time-frame, or these manufacturers, parts may not always be available.

We cannot estimate the cost of a repair until one of our expert engineers looks at the device, for all except TVs this will need to be done in our workshop.

  1. Hello.

I have Panasonic FZ100 DSLR camera. I purchased the camera new about 3 years ago but I believe it was released around 2010. The view screen has cracked and not usable. You advise that you can fix cameras in the last 5-10 years. I would very grateful if you I could advise me if you likely to have a replacement screen and if it is worth me pursuing with a possible repair.

    Kind Regards

  2. I have a Sony Handycam Video 8. CCD-TRV11E. It hasn’t been used in some time but bought a new battery which got it working. What happens is, it plays for a couple of seconds then stops, so not sure if it just needs a service and clean. Would this be possible please?

  4. I have a Panasonic -LUMIX DC-TZ90EB-K Superzoom Compact Camera – Black It was purchased in June 2021 from Currys and it has had little use. On trying to use the camera yesterday, when I turn the camera on the Focus barrel comes out but the screen says “please turn camera off and then on again”. When I turn the camera off the barrel retracts and immediately come out again with the same screen message so I cannot turn the camera off as the barrel automatically come out again each time. The only way to turn the camera off is to eject the battery when the barrel goes in just before it comes out again. Is this the kind of fault that can be repaired by your service? Please advise if the camera can be repaired and if so if the cost of repair would be more than purchasing a new camera? Thank you.
