What we collect

Essential data —  To be able to provide a repair service we need to obtain the following information:

  • name
  • Contact information including email address
  • Return address including postcode
  • Product information to effect your repair
  • I.E Manufacturer, Model, Serial Number
  • If your repair is covered by warranty, we are required to obtain a copy of your proof of purchase without we cannot submit a warranty claim.

Usage data — when you visit our site, we will store: the website from which you visited us, the parts of our site you visit, the date and duration of your visit, your anonymised IP address, information from the device (device type, operating system, screen resolution, language, the country you are located in, and web browser type) you used during your visit, and more. We process this usage data in Matomo Analytics for statistical purposes, to improve our site and to recognize and stop any misuse.

 Security

No data is used for any purpose other than managing your repair, we keep the data only for as long as it’s required after which we delete customer information leaving only product – repair detail.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.  In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How we use cookies

We do not use your personal information to send promotional information, we do use it to update you on a repair.

Personal information will be removed from our systems when we do not require it.
