Inspection Request

DKAVS have received a request from John Lewis for an Inspection on your faulty electrical product.

Our aim, where possible is to provide a desktop service so that we can meet our objective of a one call visit to minimise the inconvenience to yourselves. Therefore, we request that you upload and send to us photos of the sticker on the back of your device showing the model and serial number, and fault details so that we can triage your repair before we attend. Whilst we try and meet your agreed service date, this is dependent on the availability of parts from the Manufacturer. Where it is not possible to obtain the required parts ahead of your service date, we will contact you to arrange another day that is convenient for you.

To adhere with GDPR we will delete all information you give us within 30 days of your repair.
