Field Engineers

DK London currently offers a force of seven field engineers, a three - two man installation team and four engineers. We currently cover the South-East of England, appointed from London to the coast line base. All of our engineers are highly trained to manufacturer specification and are able to complete downloads and upgrade firmware/software on site within your home via their laptops.

The field engineers have constant technical support to complete the repair efficiently and to ensure the customer is satisfied with the result. All DK London field engineers carry a digital camera so that they are able to take photos or even film an intermittent problem if need be.

DK London is a manufacturer driven company, you will find us listed on the majority of their websites.
