As a fully independent Service Company we specialise in repair and service of brown goods. We were established in 1987 and currently have four Branches.

Horley: Is our main Workshop and technical centre where all our high tech specialist repairs are dealt with and the bulk of all our dealer repairs are handled. We have 11 top level technicians at Horley.

Mitcham: Is our call centre and is where all our field call operation is run from. We currently have 10 vehicles operating out of Mitcham. There is also a fully staffed workshop which supports the field operation.

We collect camcorder repairs from all over the UK by courier, as a Panasonic CSC we can collect/deliver Panasonic warranty Camcorder repairs FOC to customer or dealer. Our home repair/collection service for TV/Video etc, covers the whole of the M25 circle and beyond. (please call for details)

All Camcorder Repairs are inspected by an Independent QC department, all features checked, date/time set up, back up battery replaced if required etc.

All repair Work is Guaranteed for 3 months from collection date. Only Original Manufacture Spare Parts are fitted unless otherwise stated. All repairs carried in our own fully equipped workshops.

All warranty work undertaken free of charge provided a warranty claim back system is in place for the manufacture in question and that product failure is covered by manufacturers warranty. Panasonic camcorder Warranty also includes Courier charge. If a product has failed due to a problem not covered by manufactures warranty, an estimate for repair will be provided. If we are instructed not to proceed with the repair, a mini9mum handling charge will apply.

Authorised and supported by 17 major manufacturers, all our engineers are qualified and have access to all available manufacturers training courses.

Specialist Digital repair centre, for Panasonic DVC, JVC DVC, SONY DVC. All Digital Projection TV Wide Screen TV, DVD Players etc.

We endeavour to Repair/Report on products within 10 working days subject to spares availability or technical problems finding faults. We have 6 incoming phone lines, our company runs a fully Networked Computer system which is developed and maintained in house. All our hone operatives have access to full information on all customer repairs at a glance.
