I posted my camera to DK tuesday afternoon for repair. The item was recieved wednesday late morning, fixed and dispatched back out before 2:30! Its now thursday morning, Christmas Eve, and I have it back repaired and as new! I am really pleased with the speedy repair service, and it christmas time! We bought our son a camrecorder. Knowing how careful he is we also fortunately purchased an extended accidental cover policy and it was needed when he managed to crack the screen. My wife phoned your number on the policy and was duly sent out the prepaid packaging, very promptly. After failing to get DHL to call at a convenient time I took the parcel down to their Keighley office at 9.30am Monday 9th November.
